User Data Protection

Privacy Policy

Application: MiniDaily Last Updated: July 25, 2026
MiniDaily ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our application collects, uses, and safeguards data when you use the MiniDaily mobile application.

1. Local-First Storage & Data Ownership

MiniDaily is designed with a Local-First architecture. Your personal daily habits, target minutes, focus timer logs, streak counts, level XP, and custom notes are stored locally on your device in an encrypted relational SQLite database.

We do not operate central servers that collect, store, or transmit your personal habit records or timer logs. You retain full ownership and control over your data.

2. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

To keep MiniDaily reliable, free, and to offer optional Premium features, we integrate trusted third-party SDKs that may collect non-personally identifiable technical diagnostic data:

  • Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google Inc.): Helps us track anonymous performance metrics and crash logs to fix bugs and improve app performance.
  • Google AdMob: Serves non-intrusive advertisements in the free version of the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or IDFA) to deliver relevant ads.
  • RevenueCat: Manages optional MiniDaily Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat securely validates purchase receipts with the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not handle or store credit card details.

3. Third-Party Privacy Policies

For detailed information on how third-party services process diagnostic and advertising data, please refer to their respective privacy policies:

4. Data Control & Deletion

Since all habit data is stored locally on your mobile device, you have complete power to delete your data at any time:

  • Clear App Data: Go to Android/iOS System Settings > Apps > MiniDaily > Storage > Clear Data.
  • Uninstall App: Uninstalling MiniDaily permanently removes all local database entries from your device.

5. Children's Privacy

MiniDaily does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate measures.
