1. Grant of License & Usage
Subject to these Terms, MiniDaily grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application on your personal mobile device solely for personal productivity and habit tracking.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the MiniDaily software or design system.
2. MiniDaily Premium & In-App Purchases
MiniDaily provides core features for free. We may offer an optional MiniDaily Premium subscription or one-time purchase to unlock advanced features, custom themes, and ad-free experience.
- Billing: Payments and subscriptions are billed and processed through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period in your App Store / Play Store account settings.
- Refunds: Refund requests are managed exclusively by Google Play or Apple App Store according to their respective refund policies.
3. Device Storage & User Responsibility
MiniDaily stores your habit records and focus history locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your device data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device corruption, operating system resets, or uninstallation.
4. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, visual design elements, animations, source code, and assets associated with MiniDaily are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of the developer.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
MiniDaily is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.
